Space Huggers · How to play
Space Huggers is a run-and-gun roguelike with destructible terrain, varied enemies and explosive objects. Each level asks you to survive a hazardous alien base while managing movement, weapons and environmental damage.
Controls
Move with arrows/WASD, Up jumps, Z fires, X rolls and C throws a grenade. Mouse and gamepads also work; touch buttons are included.
Rules & goal
- Move through the generated level, jump between ledges and shoot the enemies.
- Use dodge rolls, grenades and destructible objects to handle difficult encounters.
- Complete the current level’s enemy objective to continue; health and lives limit a run.
Beginner tips
- An explosive barrel can clear a group, but it can also destroy your footing.
- Roll away from danger before trying to aim again.
- Landscape touch controls support movement, jump, fire, roll and grenades.
Progress & devices
Play in a desktop or mobile browser using the controls above. Some games save only in the current browser; clearing site data can remove saves. Pause when stepping away. Reloading is not guaranteed to preserve the current round.
